(United Latest News)-Father of Tennessee Titans Player Caleb Farley Passes Away in North Carolina Home Explosion Late on Monday, a house explosion in Mooresville, North Carolina, claimed the life of Robert Matthew Farley, 61, the father of Tennessee Titans player Caleb Farley.The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the tragic incident, clarifying that Caleb Farley, a 24-year-old cornerback drafted by the Titans in 2021, was fortunately not at home when the explosion occurred just before midnight.

Law enforcement has dismissed any suspicion of foul play, as they attribute the explosion to potential problems related to natural gas. Kent Greene, the director of fire services and emergency management, informed the media that although they were investigating the possibility of a natural gas-related cause, the inquiry was still ongoing. Another individual, described as a friend of Caleb Farley, was also injured in the blast. Although the explosion caused him to suffer a concussion, his injuries were assessed as not posing a life-threatening risk.

The house, which was owned by Caleb Farley, was the residence of his father, Robert Farley. Sadly, Robert’s body was discovered amid the wreckage around 4:30 a.m.

Vrabel underscored their unwavering dedication to being a source of support for Caleb as he navigates through this difficult period. The community surrounding the incident also expressed shock, with a neighbor reporting that the explosion, occurring around midnight, was so powerful that it even shook their own house.

The cause of the explosion is under investigation. The town of Mooresville, situated approximately 25 miles north of Charlotte, with a population of around 50,000, is grappling with the aftermath of this unfortunate event.
